I recently spent a good week at this beautiful hotel during a leisurely getaway. The stunning views of the Nile created a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The warm welcome and really good service from the staff made me feel at home. My room was spacious and immaculate, offering luxurious amenities and comfortable bedding. Dining was a culinary delight, with a fantastic array of cuisines, all served with perfect attention to detail. The on-site convenience of a QNB machine was an added bonus!

Fine views of the Nile.
They were untrained and seemed overwhelmed, leading to long waits for service. The Asian restaurant was particularly disappointing as the waiter mishandled our food, pulling apart duck with his hands. I also struggled with getting my deposit refunded. They promised repeatedly but never delivered. I feel misled and quite upset about this.

the room was lovely, impeccably clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The location was great, and the staff treated us like royalty, making our experience even more special.
The breakfast menu could benefit from more diverse options to choose from.

Nice care in moments of need
Every detail was attended to. When I felt unwell, Sandy from the butler team was there, ensuring I was comfortable and supported.
The only downside was the pilling on the sheets, minor, but I expected better at a five-star hotel.

The dining scene at St Regis was nothing short of tantalizing! Afternoon tea with a view of the Nile was the highlight, draped in luxury. Always eager to help! The Iridium Spa? An absolute oasis, I left feeling like a new person.
Now, while the experience was mostly divine, just a heads up, don't hand over your deposit via card. They promise to return it, but it takes forever! Still, the overall stay was enchanting.
